“One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul. Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it." - Clarissa Pinkola Estes |
That Mind, Body, Soul Connection
Molly is trained in mindfulness, trauma-informed yoga, and ecotherapy, integrating and combining her love for mindful movement and the outdoors with her clinical practice. She practices from a holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach that emphasizes authentic connection and healthy relationships – within ourselves and with the world around us.
When she's not meeting with students or responding to crisis, you can find Molly running in the San Gabriel mountains, cuddling with her hound dogs, Lotte and Theo, or in the air somewhere between California and Colorado going to visit family and her home mountains. You can read more on her blog.
